Thank you for choosing Homecare Express! We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are unsatisfied, you may return any non-custom order item within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Subject to the conditions outlined below.
Homecare Express’s return policy:
General Return Policy:
- You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return any non-custom or non-bath item for a refund or exchange.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
- For a credit card refund, you must have the original card to issue the refund.
Custom Orders:
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom orders as these are specially made to your specifications and cannot be resold.
Bath Items:
- We cannot accept returns on bath items for health and safety reasons.
Mobility products (Lift Chairs, Scooters, and Power Wheelchairs):
- You have 5 business days to return any in-stock mobility items.
- No refunds on lift chairs
- No refund on delivery charges
- If a pick up of a returned item is needed, a fee may apply.
Rental Fees and Charges:
- Once the equipment is delivered, the Rental fees and delivery charges are not refundable.
- Rentals are available daily, weekly, and monthly basis. You let us know which one you would like. The price is not prorated. You will be charged for the total amount for the period regardless of how long you have it.
